contributions. Donations received through our website are utilized for
religious, charitable, and spiritual activities of the Ashram.

Donation Refund Policy

All donations made through our website are voluntary. Once a donation has been
successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Incorrect amount debited because of a payment gateway issue.
• Unauthorized transaction, subject to verification.

Refund Request

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the
transaction with the following details:

• Donor Name
• Transaction ID
• Donation Amount
• Date of Donation
• Reason for Refund Request

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment
method within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after making a donation.
• Donations already utilized for charitable or religious purposes.
• Requests received after the specified period.

Returns

As Neem Karoli Dham Indore does not sell physical products through this
website, the Return Policy is not applicable.
